I have paid a guarantee for a dedicated server. What happens to this amount if I cancel?
If you have paid any amount as a guarantee, it can only be returned to you if you submit the cancellation request at least 30 days before the end of the month in which you want us to proceed with deactivating the server. Otherwise, this amount is automatically used to renew the entire month.
