The registrar change request I have paid for has been cancelled. What can I do ?

 
Ιn case that the registrar change request is cancelled, you can repeat the process again, taking into account the parameters that led to the cancellation of the original request. If for example the Authorization Code was wrong, you should use the correct code on the second submission of the application.

If you have paid an amount to transfer the domain, you can:

  1. Resubmit the transfer request and select "Bank Deposit" as the payment method. Then inform the accounting department by mail at billing@top.host that you have registered the request again, so that they can pay it with the amount paid.
  2. Keep the amount you have already paid in your financial card as Credits, in case you do not wish to proceed with a change of registrar. The credits can be used in the future to renew or purchase any of Top.Host's services or be returned to you
