What is the procedure to change registrar?

The registrar change process is carried out for those domains that you want to transfer from another registrar to Top.Host.

NOTE: In case your domain belongs to Papaki.com and you want to transfer it to Top.Host, then follow these instructions to change Administrator. Alternatively follow the instructions described below.

With the completion of this specific change, the management and renewal of domains will be carried out through Top.Host's myTophost Panel .

Procedure to change registrar for .GR Extensions

1. On the Top.Host domain transfer page, enter your .GR domain and press Transfer.
2. If you are already a Top.Host customer, login with your admin credentials. If you don't have an account, fill in your details to register.
3. Fill in the Authorization Code corresponding to the domain. In case you don't have it, click on the Code Reminder link, to have it sent to the owner's email, from where you can pick it up.
4. As long as the Authorization Code is correct, the domain is immediately transferred to Top.Host.

Procedure to change registrar for .EU Extensions

1. On Top.Host's domain transfer page, enter your .EU domain and click Transfer.
2. If you are already a Top.Host customer, login with your admin credentials. If you don't have an account, fill in your details to register.
3. Fill in the Authorization Code corresponding to the domain. In case you don't have it, click on the Code Reminder link, to have it sent to the owner's email, from where you can pick it up.
4. After the successful registrar change request, a confirmation email will be sent to the domain owner, who will need to give approval to complete the process. Upon completion of the transfer, the domain is automatically renewed for one year from its expiration date.

Registry change process for .NET, .COM, .INFO, .ORG Extensions

1. On Top.Host's domain transfer page, enter your COM etc domain and click Transfer.
2. If you are already a Top.Host customer, login with your admin credentials. If you don't have an account, fill in your details to register.
3. Fill in the Authorization Code corresponding to the domain. In case you don't have it, click on the Code Reminder link, to have it sent to the owner's email, from where you can pick it up.
4. After the successful registrar change request, a confirmation email will be sent to the domain owner, who will need to give approval to complete the process. Upon completion of the transfer, the domain is automatically renewed for one year from its expiration date.

Steps after submitting the transfer request

1. With the submission of the registrar change request, Top.Host sends a message to the domain management email .  

2. that includes a verification link. It is necessary for the administrator to click on the specific link, as in this way he essentially approves the change process. 

3. If approval is not given in time (within 5 days), the application is canceled and must be resubmitted. 

4. Once approval is given by the domain administrator, Top.Host informs the original registrar of the change request. The original registrar gives the final approval to complete the transfer. 

5. Upon approval by the original registrar, the transfer is complete and the name owner is notified via email. 

6. Now, you can manage your domain through the Top.Host Panel.
