1. Open Outlook 2013, select File and then Options and Account Settings
2. In the new dialog box, select Mail and Signatures.
3. Select New and in the small dialog box, enter a name for the signature.
4. In the large empty field, indicate your signature and click OK
5. If you want to confirm that you have created the signature correctly, create a new message. You will see that the signature has been added at the bottom left of the main window of your message.
