I just purchased a web hosting plan. How fast will my account be activated and when will my website be available online?

If you pay for your order by credit card, PayPal or paysafecard, the activation takes place automatically, with no waiting time.

If you choose to pay by Bank, the package is activated for 10 days until the payment is identified.

NOTE: If you have made your deposit through the DIAS system in Piraeus, Eurobank, Ethniki or Alpha Bank, the identification takes place within an hour or so. If you make the payment through the DIAS system at one of the other cooperating banks, the identification is done by the company's accounting office Monday - Friday at 2:30 p.m.

Upon activation of your account, you are sent all the necessary access and management information for your hosting package.

How soon the site will be online depends on the following cases:

1. If along with the purchase of the hosting package you also registered a domain name from Top.Host, your site will go online within a period of up to 48 hours, from the moment you receive the domain registration confirmation.
2. If you had registered the domain name before activating the hosting, the site will go online within a period of up to 48 hours from the moment you enter the nameservers of the hosting in your domain. During the period of these 48 hours, you can manage your hosting package normally via the temporary URL you received in your hosting activation email.
