Disable the Leave messages on server option

By disabling the Leave messages on the server option, the messages will be deleted from the server every time we download them to our computer.

1. In case you are using Outlook, the option is located in the following path:

Tools → Account Settings → Account Name → Advanced → Leave messages on server.

Leave messages on server" should not be checked.

2. In case you are using Thunderbird, the option is located in the following path:

Tools → Account Settings → Server Settings → Leave messages on server

The "Leave messages on server" option should not be checked.

It is possible depending on the version of the client you are using that some tab names may change, but the logical path is the same.
