How can I make sure the SSL I have installed is working?

To make sure that the SSL you have installed on the server is working properly, you can follow the steps below:

1. In a browser, type the name of the site you are interested in with https at the beginning (encryption), for example, https://www.top.host

2. On the browser, in the address bar it will show you https and the lock - characteristic of SSL, in green.

3. Click on the padlock and select More Information. In the new dialog that appears, select View Certificate

4. In the new dialog, the start and end dates of the certificate you have installed are displayed.

NOTE: You can see the above information for all the sites you visit, as it is information displayed by the browser.
