How to renew my SSL?

Renewals of SSL certificates can be done 60 days before the expiration date and not earlier. How you renew your certificate depends on whether the contact and management details you have entered remain the same or have changed.

1. Login to myTophost Panel and locate the Renew button for your certificate.

2. The details of Administrator, Technical Manager and Billing Manager are then displayed.

a. If the details remain the same, you can complete the renewal process through myTophost Panel, choosing one of the available payment methods.

b. In the event that some of the information has changed, you should proceed with a new SSL order through the Top.Host site and reinstall the new certificate.
