I have a Dedicated Server and the emails I send are received as spam
In many cases sending emails from our Dedicated Server can be classified as spam. You may consider some of the following suggestions:
Bulk Mail Control In the event that mass mail is sent simultaneously from more than one domain hosted on your server, it is very likely that it will be classified as spam. Something simple you can do is to divide the emails into Groups or even schedule the sending of emails every second.
Check for real recipients In many cases, there are pages that have registration forms without an additional layer of protection such as captcha for example. This results in registration by bots and sending spam.
Correct DNS settings For the email service to work and to send email, the correct DNS records must also be present. In case you have not created a Reverse DNS (rDNS) record for your server, it is a good idea to add it. All providers now control rDNS for IPv4 and IPv6.
Checking sites for the possibility of malware In case you have not upgraded your CMS or plugins and components of your sites, it would be a good idea to upgrade them to the latest versions. Also, there is the possibility that they have intercepted passwords of your hosting (usually the ftp service) and have uploaded malicious code resulting in sending spam to strangers and not just to you recipients.
Check spam list In addition to the delisting that you must do immediately, you should, through the above suggestions, identify the cause that caused the list of your server's IP as spam. Some lists give you more information about the cause and some don't.
Checking the Mail Logs through the Server Useful information can be found in the mail logs from your server. Information such as recipients, time of shipment.
