You should have the correct Authorization Code with you. Without the specified code or with an incorrect code, the change request will be cancelled. To retrieve it, you will need to contact the original registrar.
Domain names extensions in .com, .net, .info, .org, must have been registered by the previous registrar at least 60 days prior to the date of the transfer request. Otherwise, you cannot submit a transfer request.
Domain names extensions in .com, .net, .info, .org, must have been renewed by the previous registrar at least 60 days prior to the date of the transfer request. In case you submit the application before the completion of 60 days, the domains will not be renewed for an additional year, as defined in the applicable transfer policy.
Domain names with extensions .com, .net, .info, .org, should not be in "Registrar-Lock" status. To unlock them, you should contact the original registrar. This restriction does not apply to .gr and .eu extensions.
The management email must be valid. Upon submission of the application, an email containing the verification link is sent to the specific account, which must be visited in order to complete the transfer. Therefore, if you do not have access to the management email or if it is not valid, the transfer request will be cancelled.
The Domain must not have expired or is approaching its expiration date at the time you submit the transfer request. Make sure the Domain has an expiration date greater than the date it is expected to be transferred to Top.Host.
Attention: During the transfer process the domain is locked and the nameservers cannot be changed. This restriction does not apply to .gr endings.
