How to receive an invoice / receipt for my payment?
After paying for your order, you will receive your proof of payment to the communication email you have indicated. These documents are the originals and you can download them through myTophost Panel in PDF format by following the steps below:
1.Login to myTophost PanelÂ
2. From the menu on the left, select Billing and then Order History.
3. Download the document you want by clicking Download to the right of the order you want.
In some cases there may be a slight delay in sending them (e.g. public holidays).
