I forward my emails to an external email. How can I delete them from the webmail?

In case you forward the emails you receive in the email account you have created through Plesk to an external email account such as gmail or yahoo for example and you do not want them to be stored in your webmail, what you have to do is to deactivate the mailbox through Plesk.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to myTophost Panel and from there select Plesk Login to log in to the Plesk of the package you are interested in.

2. On the Mail tab, click the email account for which you want to disable the mailbox.

3. Uncheck Mailbox, Apply and OK


ATTENTION: By deactivating your mailbox, you no longer have access to your webmail service and the use of your email is done exclusively through the external email provider (gmail, yahoo, outlook kok).
