My domain was not approved by the Registry. What about the money I paid?
When a domain is canceled or rejected from the name registry, the money you have paid is credited to your account (1 credit = 1 Euro). This money can be used in the following ways:
- they can be used immediately or in the future to register a new order or to renew a service you already have at Top.Host.
- can be returned to you. In this case, please send us the relevant request from the management email at billing@top.host
