Which folder should I upload my website files to?
The folder you should upload your files to is httpdocs.
In case you have the right to host more than one site in your package then the root folder for each additional domain changes and is no longer httpdocs.
When adding a new site to Plesk, you set the name of the root folder in the Hosting Settings, specifically in the Document Root field.
