Can I see the history of my tickets to Top.Host?

Through myTophost Panel, you are given the ability to see at any time the entire history of the written communication you have with Top.Host since the first day you became our subscriber. You can also see your open requests, as well as all the informational emails you have received from us.

To view your ticket history through your myTophost Panel, follow the instructions described below:
 
1. Login to your myTophost Panel



2. From the menu on the left, select Support >> View Ticket History to view your requests.

3. Below is the picture you have based on the request history.
