How can I change the Plesk password?

In case you want to change the Plesk password, follow the instructions described below:

1. Login to  myTophost Panel and from there select "Plesk Login" to login to the Plesk of the package you are interested in.

2. Click on the top right of the main window (Logged in as your name) and Edit Profile.

3. Enter the current password, the new password (alphanumeric and symbols) twice and Apply and OK.

In case you do not remember the current password, you will not be able to set a new one through Plesk control panel.

Retrieve password

From the myTophost panel, locate the hosting package for which you need to change the password, and then click on Manage Service.

Then, click on Send Login Information in the corresponding option. If you have also provided a secondary account email, and if you wish, you can choose to forward the email with the login credentials to that account as well.

Please note that the above action resets the FTP password, and you will receive new login credentials.

If access to the myTophost panel is not possible, you will need to submit a support request through your account so that we can proceed with a password reset.
