How can I change the Plesk password?

If you wish to change your Plesk password, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the myTophost Panel and select "Plesk Login" to access the Plesk panel of the package you are interested in.
  1. Click on the top right corner of the main window (Logged in as your name) and select Edit Profile
  1. Enter your current password, set your new password (alphanumeric and including symbols) twice, and click Apply or OK

If you do not remember or do not know your current password, the change cannot be completed through the Plesk panel.

Changing the Password in Case of Loss

Through the myTophost panel, locate the hosting package for which the password needs to be changed and then click Manage Service.

Then click Send Login Information from the corresponding option. If you have also added a secondary email account, you may choose to forward the email with the login credentials to that account as well.

Please note that this action resets the FTP password, and you will receive new login credentials.

If access to the myTophost panel is not possible, you will need to contact the support team so that we can proceed with resending your login details.
