How can I create a customer and a subscription through my Reseller account?

In case you have a Reseller account at Top.Host and wish to create a customer with a subscription, follow the instructions described below:

 1. Log in to myTophost Panel and from there select Plesk Login to log in to the Plesk of the Reseller package you are interested in.

4b. Enter a Username (1) and a password (2) as your client's Plesk credentials.

By activating the option Activate account by e-mail (3), your customer's account is initially created as suspended. An account activation confirmation email is sent to your customer email with the title "Please activate your account in Plesk". Once the customer confirms the link in this email, the account is automatically activated in Plesk.

Check the box "Create subscription for the customer" and then declare:
Your client's domain name.
The ftp username you will connect to the server files.
The ftp password you will connect to the server files.
The verification of the ftp password you stated in the 3rd step.
Select the  plan you already created in the first place Activate this option in case you wish to configure the prices of your Subscription independently of those defined in the plan. This is where you change the Subscription parameters in addition to editing the plan it is associated with. Once you apply these changes, the subscription will be locked, meaning it won't sync with the plan. So, when the relevant plan changes, the Subscription parameters will remain as you set them now.
Select OK.
