How to manually renew my service while using the subscription model?

 In case you want to manually renew your service at a different time than the one defined by the subscription model, you can deactivate the subscription and proceed with manual renewal as follows:

 

1.  Login to myTophost Panel

 

2. In the Billing category, select Service Subscriptions and turn Off the desired service to disable the automatic renewal of the subscription service.

 

 

3. In the window that appears, select Deactivation.

 

 

4. Then from the menu on the left, select My services and then Renew, continuing normally with service renewal and payment.

 

 

NOTE: In case you manually renew your service and during your transaction you use a card, then the subscription model of service renewal will be activated again for your convenience.
