How to upload a MySQL database from my computer to the server hosting my site?
In case you have a backup of your database, you can upload (restore) it through Plesk, following the steps below
1. Login to myTophost Panel.
Click Plesk Login next to the package you want to upload the database to.
On the Websites & Domains tab, click on Databases from the menu on the right.
4. Click Add Database to create a new database and a new user.
5. Once your new database is created, click phpMyAdmin to upload the backup.
6. Press Import and then Choose file.
After uploading the backup file, press Go at the bottom of the page to upload it to your database.
