I didn’t renew my Dedicated Server on time and Renewal is disabled on myTophost. What can I do?
If the server you have at Top.Host is not renewed before its expiration date, the option to renew through myTophost Panel is disabled.
In this case,contact the accounting department immediately, so that they can inform you about the possibility of renewal.
At the end of the dedicated server's expiry date and in the event that no payment has been made, it will be canceled by the cooperating data center. Therefore, it is necessary to check with the accounting office whether it is possible to reverse the cancellation, before making any payment.
