I made a small deposit to renew my subscription and it’s nearing the expiration date. What should I do?

In case you deposit a smaller amount, your payment was not matched with the DIAS online payment code, so your amount has been returned to myTophost Panel in the form of credits.

To proceed with payment, you will need to log into your myTophost Panel account and purchase the remaining amount in credits . Then, from the menu Billing >> Order History, press the Payout link next to your order, so you can proceed to pay with credits.

Alternatively, you can not proceed with adding the remaining amount in the form of credits and during the payment you can use the already existing credits and pay the remaining amount with the payment method you wish.
