Can I change any setting in php.ini?

In Top.Host's Shared & Reseller hosting packages, access to php.ini is not allowed since Administrator rights are needed.

However, you can enable or disable various functions of php.ini through the .htaccess file. For example, you can enable/disable safe mode, register globals, sessions and several other settings.

In VPS and Dedicated hosting services, full access to php.ini is provided since the administrator with full rights is the user - customer of Top.Host.
