MyTophost displays a message that my account needs to be synced. What to do ?

When performing some actions through the myTophost Panel (e.g. renewal, Plesk Login, sending administration details, etc.), there is a possibility that the system will display a message that your myTophost account needs to be synchronized. 

In this case our technical department is automatically notified by email and immediately makes all the necessary synchronization settings. 

From your side, it is enough to simply repeat the process you are interested in, in the prescribed interval mentioned in the message and when the synchronization is expected to be completed.
