How can I disable the email service from Plesk Onyx?
To deactivate your email service through Plesk, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to myTophost Panel and from there select Plesk Login to log in to the Plesk of the package you are interested in.
2. On the Mail tab, select Mail Settings

3. Select the domain name you are interested in and Activate/Deactivate Services.
4. In the pop-up window, specifically, in the Mail service category, from the drop down menu, select Disable and OK
