The process of transferring an already installed WordPress is quite simple and can be done successfully if you follow the steps below.
First, you need to upload your site files via an FTP program like FileZilla or Smart FTP, to your root folder.2.Creating and importing data of your database.
In this step, you need to create the database in Plesk and import your database file stored on your computer.

3. Modify wp-config.php file
You need to modify the wp-config.php file, which is located in the root folder and contains, among other things, the database connection information. There, replace your old base login with the new one you created in step 2. The variables you need to modify are below and they are, in order, the name of the database, its username, its Password and the database server.

4. Create Email accounts
Create your email account(s) through Plesk. In case you want to transfer your emails from another provider, follow the instructions described here.
5. Preview of your site (Sitepreview).
Make sure that your site after the transfer works correctly either by previewing it in your Plesk, or by modifying the Host file on your computer.
6.Declaration of nameservers.
Once you have completed the above steps, change your domain's name servers and declare the new ones sent in the hosting activation email with the subject "Web Hosting :: Management Information". In case you have registered your domain from Top.Host, register your nameservers through myTophost Panel and within 48 hours, your site and all its services will be online from Top.Host.
